The rural market will be the focus of electric bicycle development in the future, now a number of provinces including Shandong have regarded electric bicycles as complementary products for home appliances to rural areas, so scooters enterprises must adjust the existing product features and structure based on the use environment in rural areas and farmers’ use habit, at the same time, relevant supervision department should also increase the supervision on rural after-sales network and service system.
